HCI has performed renovations or restoration work on nearly every type of facility and infrastructure component. We have repaired or renovated roofs, plumbing, mechanical systems, ventilation, walls, floors, ceilings and fixtures. We have restored canopies, sidewalks, roads, drainage systems, landscaping, statues, flagpoles and fountains. In addition, we have worked in specialized facilities such as labs, launch pads, Federal buildings, air traffic control towers, radar sites, aircraft manufacturing facilities, clean- rooms, paint booths, classrooms, dining facilities, stadiums, and gymnasiums.

The majority of our work has been in fully functional/operational facilities that required close coordination with the facility staff and users. We have developed a comprehensive written safety plan utilized daily in conducting our business. We conduct weekly safety meetings and maintain safe and clean project sites. This promotes positive attitudes from subcontractors, facilitates better job site production, and minimizes potential liability due to accidents.
